The Maryland Community of Care Consortium for Children with Special Health Care Needs (COC) is a working group of diverse stakeholders committed to improving systems of care for children and youth with special health care needs in Maryland. The COC meets quarterly.
The COC is guided in its work by a strategic plan developed with stakeholder input from the November 2008 Summit. Consortium work groups address the strategic plan priorities and other COC activities.
Membership in the COC is open to anyone with an interest in improving the systems of care for children and youth with special health care needs in Maryland.
